About Charm

A perfect horse for someone who wants to show and get noticed!  Charm gets kudos from practically every ranch visitor - whether they are here to see horses, or not.

This sweetheart of a mare is wonderfully tranquil, easy to get along with and willing to please.   She is a horse who truly desires a one on one relationship with her rider/handler.

Charm displays a calm and cooperative demeanor. And she is so very smooth!  We've started Charm in some Western Pleasure and Barrel Racing - the latter of which she comes by honestly. She has also been taken for leisure rides on the ranch.

Charm's sire was the 2006 Gymkhana Horse of the Year. She is BB bred making her a part of the most successful barrel racing line in the Blazer breed! There are several proven barrel and pole horses with her lineage, who love to stop the clock and look good doing it! - Chispita De Chiquita (1D poles - Dun),  Casey's Cowboy(2D barrels - grulla), Sleepy Pleasure (1D poles/barrels - bay), Eagle (1D barrels - grulla) and Blazen Lone Star (2D barrels/poles) just to name a few.

With so much going for her at only 3 years old, this little mare is full of potential! You can let her sit for weeks, come catch her and pick up right where you left off.

Charm has been hauled to see the sights. Not spooky at all. She will stand tied to the trailer - no problem! 100% sound, sane, leads, loads, catches, ties, cross ties and stands for farrier. No Vices. UTD on shots and worming.

Charm is priced to sell at just - $3,500.

October 2008. After being unridden for over 3 weeks!

You would have no idea this girl is only 3!

At just two this mare was one of the most quiet horses to ride. We even had a couple of young greenhorns riding her around!

First time under saddle, she was calm, smooth and relaxed.

Her very first session under saddle, she kept her ears on me almost the entire time.  Attentive! August 2007

Vaulting on this mare is no fluke! She knows her job is to stand there.
